Pretty simple: bananas, vanilla ice-cream, vanilla essence, honey, natural yoghurt and milk, blended together. Other things I sometimes add are chocolate (I recommend Lindt dark chocolate flakes) and coffee. And of course you can use different fruit: some I like to use are mangoes, strawberries, and blueberries.

ReplyDeleteYet more evidence that at some point we should really get a blender. We have an immersion blender with a broken container-attachment-thing, but that's really just useful for making a mess.

ReplyDeleteKaz: you should be able to make smoothies with an immersion blender as long as you have a fairly tall container to make them in. Mine came with a tall measuring jug thing but if yours didn't you could buy one separately - cheaper than getting a full blender.
